How to: Place an existing macro in the Tools menu.
Solution:
Select 'Macro...' from the 'Tools' menu, select the desired macro, and click 'Options...' in the 'Macro' dialog box. Select the 'Menu Item on Tools menu' option, type the new menu item's name, and click 'OK' in the 'Macro Options' dialog box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Macro...'. (The Macro dialog box appears.)
2) Select the desired macro from the 'Macro Name/Reference' list box.
3) Click 'Options...'. (The Macro Options dialog box appears.)

4) Select the 'Menu Item on Tools Menu' check box in the 'Assign to' group.
5) Type the name of the new menu item in the 'Menu Item on Tools Menu' box.

NOTE: The name for the menu item can contain spaces and punctuation marks and does not have to correspond to the name of the macro. Type an ampersand (&) before the character that is to be used as the access key for the new menu item. For example, type '&New Item' if the character 'N' is to be used as the access key. The added menu item will appear at the bottom of the 'Tools' menu.
6) (Optional) Type a reference message for the user in the 'Status Bar Text' box.

7) Click 'OK'. (The Macro dialog box reappears.)
8) Click 'Close'.
